Former lightweight champion Keyshawn Davis will face Nahir Albright in a rematch on May 16 in Norfolk, Virginia, sources confirmed with ESPN. The fight will be streamed live and exclusively on DAZN.
Boxing Scene was the first to report the fight.
Davis (14-0, 10 KOs) initially defeated Albright (17-2-1, 7 KOs) by majority decision in 2023. However, the result was overturned to a No Contest after Davis tested positive for marijuana use. The rivalry between the two fighters didn't end there as Davis and Albright were involved in a physical altercation in Norfolk last June following Albright's decision win over Davis' brother, Kelvin.
A noticeably marked up Albright claimed in an interview with ESPN's Mark Kriegel after the altercation that he was jumped by brothers Keyshawn and Keon Davis following his win over Kelvin.
Davis was supposed to headline on the same card but saw his fight with Edwin De Los Santos scrapped and was stripped of his WBO lightweight title after he came in 4.3 pounds overweight.
Since the incident, Davis returned to action in January at junior welterweight and stopped Jamaine Ortiz. Albright recently battled Frank Martin to a draw on the undercard of Ryan Garcia's victory over Mario Barrios in February.
